    —Become aware of what brings you peace, joy and healing and what triggers anxiety, depression and frustration in you. Focus in on cultivating more of what helps you and limiting or cutting out what doesn’t help you.

  3. Plan & Act (Weekly)

    —Narrow down what your biggest struggle is right now. Identify who can help you and what the first 3 steps are that you need to take to get the help you need.
