My goal is to help those who feel broken beyond repair to obtain healing and discover their worth that is often buried under pain and mental illness. I believe that KNOW YOURSELF can be a big part of what helps you achieve this. Then, from a place of wholeness, you can begin to build the life you want without being held back by past trauma and mental illness.
Your trauma, mental illness—whatever it may be—does not define you and does not have to dictate how beautiful your life can be. I know this from personal experience.
